Exciting Updates to the AgentDuty App: Enhancing Your Experience!

At AgentDuty, we are committed to making our platform even more efficient, user-friendly, and responsive to the needs of our agents. Our latest updates introduce several enhancements aimed at improving workflow, communication, and overall user experience. Here’s a breakdown of what’s new:

App Enhancements:

1. Streamlined Booking Flow:
   
   • The booking process has been updated to include Property Selection > Agent Selection before confirming the booking.
   • The “Last seen” status is now displayed under Nearby Agents, helping you choose active agents.
2. Enhanced Agent Selection:
   
   • The Agent Selection screen now displays agents from other companies, giving you more options for booking.
3. Push Notifications for Active Jobs:
   
   • If a job remains active for 24 hours, a push notification will remind the service agent to take action.
   • The booking agent will now receive an updated push notification with the following message:
     “Booking Completed! Rate Your Agent. [Showing Agent Name] has successfully completed your [Service Name] booking. Share your feedback by leaving a rating!”
4. Improved Notifications & Sounds:
   
   • • Two distinct notification sounds have been introduced for different events to help users differentiate alerts easily.

5. Onboarding & Pop-Up Messages:
   
   • When a new user downloads the app or an existing user logs in, a pop-up screen will prompt them to fill out a form and display an important message.
6. User-Friendly Home Screen Updates:
   
   • Booking Tab:
     
     • If there are no upcoming bookings, the app will display in-progress jobs and requested bookings in the following order: In-progress > Upcoming > Job Request
     • If none are available, a View History button will be shown.
   • Job Tab: If no jobs are available, a View History button will be displayed.
7. Updated Terminology for Clarity:
   
   • The term “Servicing Agent” has been replaced with “Showing Agent” throughout the app for consistency and clarity.
8. Bank Account Loader Improvement:
   
   • The loader color for bank account processing has been changed to blue for better visibility.
9. Better Sign-Up Experience:
   
   • The Sign Up button has been enlarged to improve visibility and ease of access.
10. Mandatory App Updates for New Releases:
    
    • Whenever a new build is released, the app will prompt users to update to the latest version.
