YES! You can absolutely be both a Booking Agent and a Showing Agent on AgentDuty. If you’re looking to build your network and boost your bottom line, this is a great way to do so.
As a Booking Agent, you can request help when you need it for tasks like showings, inspections, or lockbox management. At the same time, as a Showing Agent, you can offer your assistance to other agents in your brokerage when they need extra support.
This dual role allows you to get help when necessary and lend a hand when you can, helping you grow professionally and expand your network within the real estate community.
On the Home Screen #
- Open the AgentDuty app on your device.
- Navigate to the Home Screen where you can see your dashboard.
- Look for the “Role” toggle option in the settings section.
- Switch between “Booking Agent” and “Showing Agent” by selecting the appropriate role. Once you toggle, your profile will update accordingly, allowing you to either request help or offer assistance.
On the History Screen #
- Go to the History Screen to review your past bookings and activities.
- At the top of the screen, you will find a settings section where you can also toggle your role.
- Select your preferred role—either “Booking Agent” or “Showing Agent”—based on what you need at that time. This helps you manage your past and upcoming tasks more efficiently.
In the Settings Portion of the App #
You can also access the toggle option from the settings menu within the app:
- Open the Settings menu from the main navigation.
- Look for the “Role Settings” section, where you can easily switch between Booking Agent and Showing Agent roles.
- After switching, your app will update to reflect the selected role, ensuring you are listed as either requesting assistance or offering it.
By toggling between these roles, you have full control over when you need help and when you’re ready to lend a hand, all while maximizing your professional network and productivity.
