Open the AgentDuty App
Launch the AgentDuty app on your device and log in if you aren’t already. -
Navigate to the Menu Bar
Tap the Menu icon, located at the bottom of your screen. -
Access Notification Settings
In the menu, look for the Notifications section. -
Toggle Email Notifications Off
You’ll see options to manage both Email Notifications and In-App Notifications.-
Simply toggle off the Email Notifications option if you no longer want to receive email alerts.
