Booking Agents can invite as many Showing Agents as they want to a job. Once a job is posted, Showing Agents will be notified through multiple channels:
- Push Notifications
- Text Messages
To make sure you don’t miss any real-time showings, ensure your notifications are turned on. If you want to receive real-time showings, make sure your GPS toggle is set to “online”.
Booking Agents can choose to invite up to five Showing Agents or broadcast the job to the whole brokerage. If the job is broadcasted, the first Showing Agent to accept the job will receive it, ensuring jobs are filled quickly and efficiently.
This notification system ensures that Showing Agents stay informed in real-time, making it easy to know when new jobs are available and take action immediately.
