On AgentDuty, there are two key roles: Booking Agents and Showing Agents. Both play vital roles in ensuring tasks are handled efficiently, but their responsibilities differ.
Booking Agents #
Booking Agents are real estate professionals who need assistance with tasks such as showings, inspections, or lockbox management. They are typically agents who are looking for support in handling the day-to-day responsibilities of their business. Booking Agents use the AgentDuty app to create and manage bookings, specifying the tasks they need help with and selecting a qualified Showing Agent to assist them.
Showing Agents #
Showing Agents are active, licensed real estate professionals who make themselves available to help Booking Agents with various real estate duties. These tasks may include conducting property showings, inspections, or other client-facing responsibilities. Showing Agents choose to be listed in the app and are ready to assist other agents within their brokerage when additional support is needed.
Key Differences: #
- Booking Agents are the agents who request help and create bookings within the app.
- Showing Agents are licensed professionals who offer their services to assist Booking Agents with tasks such as showings, inspections, and other real estate duties.
By utilizing these roles, AgentDuty helps busy agents streamline their workload and ensure their clients receive excellent service.
